Step 1: Turn on Shipping Manager

• Access File> Preferences> Company.
• Choose Sales> Then Use Shipping Select QuickBooks Shipping Manager Optional: Select that I do not charge my customers for the shipping checkbox. On the left menu.

Step 1: Open QB Shipping Manager

• Get to File> Shipping> Ship Package.

• Get to the Send / Ship tab.
• Choose your carry, then choose the Ship package.

In QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale:

Step 2: Process Shipment

Ship with FedEx

• You will choose the FedEx service. (Shipping Manager allows you to choose FedEx Express or FedEx Ground service.)
• You will enter the shipment details and Needed Records are highlighted in red.
• Press F2 on your keyboard or select the available services to check the rate.
• Choose Ship to print the label and process the shipment.
• A shipment confirmation window will appear. If you want the FedEx package tracking number and shipping charges copied to the sales form, check the paste to create a checkbox. Otherwise, you have to select the close.

Ship with UPS

• You will choose the UPS service. (Shipping Manager allows you to choose from UPS domestic services.)
• Input the shipment details, the needed records are highlighted in red.
• Press F2 on your keyboard or select the available services to check the rate.
• Select the ship to print the label and process the shipment.
• A shipment confirmation window will appear. If you want the UPS package tracking number and shipping charges to appear in the sales form, click on the form. At the point of sale: the UPS tracking number and shipping costs will appear directly on the sales receipt.
• After that, select Close.

Ship with USPS

• Select a USPS service.
• Enter shipment details. The required fields are highlighted in red.
• Press F2 on your keyboard or select the available services to check the rate.
• To print labels and process shipments, choose Ship.
• A shipment confirmation window will appear. If you want the UPS package tracking number and shipping charges to appear in the sales form, check the paste in the form. Otherwise, you have to choose the close.
