Solution 1: Update QuickBooks, When the Network is Off
For Windows 10 User
- Visit the start menu and then open the Control Panel
- Head to the community and Sharing center options
- Choose the change adapter setting
- Right-click on all of the indexed adapters and then click on Disable
- you may need to reconnect to the network in case you get the connection lost notification.
- Create a new windows customer with Administrator rights after which try to install or update QuickBooks again

- Set up QuickBooks even as logged off the network
