Step 3: Enable .NET Framework 3.5

- Press Windows + R to open the run window on your keyboard.
- Type Control Panel
- Select OK
- Select Uninstall a program.
- Select Turn Windows features on or off.
- Make sure .Net Framework 3.5 is enabled(checked), as well as .net Framework 4.5
- If it is not, select it and then select OK
- If it is, Select Cancel.
